Earlier Continuing Education seminars on share valuations given by C. G. Blair were updated and published by the Society as Research Bulletin - R603: "Valuation of Shares in Unlisted Companies". This Course reviews that publication in the light of new case law and changes in economic circumstances, considers new issues, and promotes an awareness of the issues associated with the preparation and presentation of valuations for shares in unlisted companies.
